Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping & Handling

Each Three Pears design is made to order for our customer to ensure no-waste production. Expect your order to take 1-7 days for production, and 1-5 days for shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We ship orders primarily via USPS but reserve the right to ship with the most efficient method available. Three Pears does not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

Because of the nature of our products, Three Pears Products are FINAL SALE. Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of damage or misprinting. If your delivery is damaged or defective, please email info@threepearsproductions.com within 7 days of delivery to resolve the matter. Please retain all original packaging. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after shipping. If you believe your shipment has been lost or stolen, please contact the corresponding delivery company.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES

Please pay close attention to our shipping deadlines for the month of December. We are not responsible if your items do not arrive on time when orders are placed outside of these time frames.
